All active and former employees: If you have a change to your name, home or work address, need a W-2, want to enroll in or change your direct deposit, or want to see vacation, sick, or leave time, visit the Personal Information Center.

MIT's Human Resources Officers (HROs) provide support and guidance on issues affecting work, job performance, annual reviews, training, hiring practices, leaves of absence, discipline, compensation, harassment or discrimination concerns, layoffs, reorganizations, and conflict resolution. Find your HRO and request help.

For on-campus recruiting and student employment, please contact MIT Career Advising.
