Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, energized, or uncertain, this workshop offers a space to process, regroup, and move forward with intention. Through a blend of guided reflections and practical exercises, participants will:
- Explore strategies for emotional coping in the aftermath of significant political or societal changes or uncertainty;
- Strengthen resilience by identifying personal values, support systems, and self-care practices; and
- Cultivate hope and agency by setting actionable goals and connecting with community.
