In times of societal change and uncertainty, it’s natural to feel a mix of emotions such as hope, frustration, anxiety, and determination. This workshop is designed to help participants navigate these feelings, build resilience, and turn challenges into meaningful action. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to balance self-care with community care, fostering personal wellbeing while contributing to collective change. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, energized, or uncertain, this workshop offers a space to process, regroup, and move forward with intention. Through a blend of guided reflections and practical exercises, participants will:

  • Explore strategies for emotional coping in the aftermath of significant political or societal changes or uncertainty;
  • Strengthen resilience by identifying personal values, support systems, and self-care practices; and
  • Cultivate hope and agency by setting actionable goals and connecting with community.
